Vincent Van Osta is the head of IT at Ecolo, the green party in Belgium.
Mozaïk is, a suite of open source Odoo V14 modules to manage political parties and, by extension, large associative organizations.
It is based on Odoo community and OCA modules.
Initiated by Ecolo, Mozaik is currently used by 4 political parties in Belgium which collaborate on the feature specifications with ACSONE ensuring the steering and coordination.
The main features include
- definition of the organization’s structure: internal structure, external/political structure
- follow-up of your supporters & members: membership workflow, membership fees, membership renewals, online payments, interests, involvements …
- follow-up of the mandates of your members: mandate categories, political/internal elections, renewals, revenues, retrocessions…
- capture of interest and involvements of members and contacts via surveys, petitions, event registration
- targeted communication via advanced dynamic distribution lists
